A young Chacma Baboon ( Papio ursinus ) male in characteristic stance with the proximal third of the tail proudly erect. Males can weigh up to 44kg and have longer, better-developed muzzles than the females. The incisors ( fangs ) of an adult baboon are longer than those of a lion.
